Artists : Giuliana Gregori

Giuliana Gregori was born and raised in north- east Italy,but then moved to Milan where she gained her first degree in Illustration.
She has now been living for several years in London. In 2004 she got her MA in Illustration from Kingston University and since then she has been working as a freelance Illustrator mainly for greetings cards and picture books.
Her books have been published in UK, Italy, France, Korea.
What Giuliana likes the most about illustration for children is that this enables her to free her creativity and be in touch with that side that has never grown up.
Many are the things that inspire her work, from everyday life, animals, people, etc.
However, she also enjoy collecting old books as well as patterned fabrics , that sometime become very useful for new ideas, too.
Together with illustrating, Giuliana also works as a graphic/ print designer for baby’s wear. Amongst her clients, a well known UK luxury baby’s wear brand.
When not working, she likes going to art exhibitions, to see French films, travelling and reading.
