Artists : Angela Muss

Angela was born in Barcelona, Spain in 1983 and considers her childhood experiences to be a major inspiration for her art.
Growing up in a creative family, she spent many hours drawing and imagining characters, while enjoying experiences rich in art and culture. High admiration for her artistic mother and grandmother, and having a successful publicist as a father, helped her to become the talented illustrator she is today. Prior to specialising in children’s illustration, Angela studied graphic design and photography, worked as a professional fashion photographer and developed a successful fashion illustration portfolio. But a love for children inspired her to pursue a career in the wonderful world of children’s books!
Angela’s Illustrations are colourful, fun and sweet, and are characterised by the delicacy and refinement of collage and textures. When working she enjoys listening to music accompanied by chocolates and a cup of tea!
In her spare time Angela loves to go to the park, to enjoy the sunny days, spend time with her family and go to the movies.
One of her main passions is her work and all that involves art and creativity but Angela also have a big love for children, animals, the sea, healthy and exotic food, and she's fascinated by discovering the world and learning new things.
She has a orange cat called Romeo.
She now live and work in her colourful house in Paris.
