Artists : Christina O'Donovan

I grew up in Dublin, Ireland and studied Animation at the National Film School in Dun Laoghaire. After working on my own short films and wanting to develop my love for illustration and sequential art, I moved to Cambridge to study a Master’s in Children’s Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art and have lived in Cambridge ever since.

I like painting traditionally mainly using inks and watercolours and also painting digitally using my own painted textures and brushes, then usually combining the two to complete my work.
When I’m not drawing and painting pictures and dreaming of the day when I can own my own Bulldog, I teach Digital Art and Animation here in Cambridge.
