'I am a London based illustrator and artist. I grew up in a house full of illustrated books and have always been deeply passionate about art and children's illustration.

At 16 I began work as a part-time children's bookseller whilst studying for my A Levels and have worked part-time in children's book selling ever since.

After finishing my schooling I went on to study a Foundation in Visual Communication at Chelsea School of Art. It was here that a deeper passion and appreciation of illustration developed and I decided to continue my study to degree level.

I spent three amazing years at Kingston University completing a BA in Illustration and Animation and graduated in July 2010.

Since graduating six months ago I have illustrated extensively and continuously for a variety of clients. These have included a book jacket design for a novel at Random House's Vintage Books, editorial work for both Speares Magazine and Sunday Publishing and a large scale 3D project for the children's bookshop Tales on Moon Lane, where I created an extensive window display for the 2010 festive season.

I am happy to have joined Bright and am looking forward to focusing my efforts onto Children's illustration.'
